And Suddenly It Clicks....

With the current haze problem, as I looked outside my window, I thought to myself that this is it. This place is set to have the highest amount of pollution in the air; highest ever recorded in history. While the people of the higher power talk over lunch and dinner of sumptuous spread on what to do with the current problem, we only get ourselves nearer to the death line. With every breath we inhale, we kill ourselves slowly, poisoning ourselves till our last breath. And I am not exaggerating.

It has already been prophesised that as we approach the end of time, half of the world’s population will be wiped out. A hub is needed to ensure that the best of the best will congregate to take the remaining population to the next level in what is called life. What better ways to wipe out the population than to take away their basic needs- clean air for everyone to breathe? Soot is after all a natural cleansing agent.

Gone will be the old, diseased and weak, replaced with the smartest, fittest, and of course the richest. The pollution in the air is a problem only for those living in the bottom end of the economy. Those with the power and wealth- They are protected. They are the ones who are able to afford the technology and inventions that get them through all sorts of tribulations.

Maybe you had taken things for granted. Maybe you didn't work hard enough. Whatever your reasons might be, if you can’t even afford to buy medications or too slow to get yourself a bloody mask- You've only got yourself to blame for your own death.

That's not what I say. That's what they think. I only verbalize it.

The thing with Baihakki Khaizan

Today i did an impromptu storytelling at Sentosa. I got the bots and girls to write the characters and places that they think will be involved in the story. One of the boys accidentally placed a character's name in the box meant for places. Halfway through the story, I was going out loud "and the giraffe and the cat reached this place.... " and i picked a slip of paper to reveal the place. I read out loud " they reached this place called Baihakki Khaizan."

Little did I know that Baihakki Khaizan is not the name of a place...

Rude Aunties vs Butch

In the bus right now, there is this butch looking malay girl who sat next to an aunty in the bus. The aunty made disrespectful comments, in hokkien, no less, about the butch to her friend sitting in front of her. They kept laughing loudly. The butch looking girl turned and said: Aunty, the only reason i am not slapping you is because my mom told me to respect the elderly. Aunties shut her gap.

Woohoo!! Power lah!!!
