Mariah Carey: Art of Letting Go

Oh my god! IF you haven't heard it, you must have lived under some shells or in a well..or sighs... Sometimes Malay proverbs can be confusing; at one time I heard "katak bawah tempurung" which is an idiom when loosely translated in English sounds like this-- A frog under a coconut shell, which means to be oblivious of the surroundings. recently, someone revamped this idion to katak di dalam perigi, which in English-- a frog lives in a well, which also brings about the same meaning a the first idiom. why revamp an idiom to only bring about the same meaning? In fact, in Singapore, I think ti is easier to relate to coconut shells as opposed to a well, due to the lack of presence in the latter.

What ever it is, I am excited for Mariah Carey as recent news has it that she is coming up with a another new song: The Art of Letting Go. Here is a snippet of the song.

I wanna see Your Peacock..cock..cock!

I don’t know why people are angry about the Miss Universe Singapore 2013 National Costume.

She is obviously practicing the Kavadi! Duh!

And the designer is thoughtful enough to design this as Deepavali is coming soon…
